Barrister Gunter Exner, I, Daphne Molson of 688 Gilchrist Street, Peterborough, Ontario K9H 4P3, Canada, received an email dated November 26, 2013 that I am using a Justice Abubakar Ali who is holding a fund of $1.5 million in his court for me to claim. Yesterday, I tried to send $50 by Monegram to the Receiver Name you sent me: Nkechikwulu Rapheal Chinedu, City: Cotonou, Country: Benin Republic, Text Question: Waiver, Text Answer: Waiver and they said they preferred to send it by Western Union, and it would have to have a Fax Number. Please could you send a fax number for the lady at Shoppers Drug Mart Post Office and Fax Office to send it to you. I can send the $50 to claim the fund. Also assure me the receiver name would still be the same and if you are the Barrister who approaches Justice Abubakar. The email came from customer care632@gmail.com. I sent you an email and was confused. I had a very bad accident of several fractures of the right leg, and had to have several months in intensive care and surgery and have 2, titanium plates and 31 screws in the leg, and so I have been in and out of hospital and having therapy and learning to walk and been very bad about answering anyone for I could not be moved to a computer always to receive any messages. I shall be so glad to complete your request with Justice Abubakar Ali and yourself. I have printed copies of my passport and ID I can fax to you if you wish.
    Sincerely, Daphne Molson

    Date: Monday, January 6, 2014.
Please Barrister Gunther Exner, should I direct your email concern you sent to me, Madame Daphne Molson, of 688 Gilchrist Street, Peterborough, Ontario, K9H 4P3, Canada, to Justice Abubakar Ali and ask what resolution should be done and who to pay if I should claim a fund kept for me in his court? I have not received an email but send a Moneygram for $50 to a receiver who now on this network is classified under fraud and scams. If you have any answer I am able to answer you and pay your request if it is not fraud or scam done me.
    Thanks,
    Madame Daphne Molson

    Dear Barrister Gunter Exner,
I am Daphne Molson an offender of you I think for I have not paid a sum of $50 dollars to cover the waiver and all charges to receive a fund of US$1.5 million dollars. The Post Office here at Shoppers, Charlotte and Aylmer Streets, Peterborough, Ontario Canada will allow a Fax to you, and a Moneygram to you, with Text Question and Text Answer, both Waiver. I can pay the cost of both to you if you will send a Fax number to my email at rogersdaphne@hotmail.com. Did you not receive my details of my Passport and ID I sent your email? Well, I had prints of them made in color to send you with a Moneygram and the post office woman said she thought you needed them and she can only send them by fax to you, and she would like the Moneygram sent to you the lawyer and you give the worth to Receiver Name: Nkechikwulu Raphael Chinedu, in City: Cotonou, Country: Benin Republic.
I am well enough to get this all done this month for you if the fund is still with Justice Abubakar Ali. I have been through Internet files on the Federal Court of Appeal in Benin Republic and found Justice Abubakar. one T. and one Z. Please assure me in a new email which Justice is the right Justice, T. or Z. Please assure me how to be proper completely. Thanks very much for your patience.
Sincerely, Mrs. Daphne Jane (Rogers) Molson

  4. Daphne Molson also referred to as Jane Cole

I am Daphne Jane Rogers Molson on file as also Jane Cole, and who was sent the letter regarded as fraud by Barrister Gunter Exner. He contacted me several times in 2013 and 2014, I was reserved a money transfer and would I pay the Receiver Name: N. Raphael Chinedu. I paid him in Feb. 2014, and it was picked up Feb. 15, 2014, in Cotonou, Benin Republic, CAD$50.00 of Moneygram, and I have never received an answer from Barrister Exner, but the court was in recess, and he would get around to doing the transfer. I believe he still might complete the transfer for I made a transaction promise to a Bank of Gambia banker, Niania Dabo, who asked me accept and pay something to a dead contractor’s estate who left his estate on her too long of six years and she was wanting to get rid of it and that his name was Molson any, would I a Molson lady accept his estate and pay anything for it, so I did. She transferred the amount to Benin, to another lawyer there, Joy Maris and a shipper agent I could not pay then. Niania was wished any part of Mark Molson’s estate to build an orphanage she needed built. Monegram said the $50 was $21,000 in Benin Republic monies worth, and enough to ask the Justice Abubakar Ali for transfer of the amount I believe is still stored in Benin Republic Federal Court of Appeal and it can still be transferred. I gave them details they asked about me and where to transfer the amount to. Note, Western Union threw fit someone’s asking for $350 of transfer money was unlawful. I paid them and they phoned me and said I was to pick up the money and they did not want anymore I use them for anything. They said I was frauded. If anyone has anymore to ask of me please contact me, Daphne Molson, at rogersdaphne@hotmail.com. If there is any contact place for Barrister Gunter Exner or website for him please send it to me and any scam information on Nikewulu someone, Raphael Chinedu, please email me. Thanks . Daphne Molson.
